Alright all my lovely Allie Kay Designs fans....my husband and I are trying to figure out this blog thing so that I can abide by facebook rules and "NOT" have a giveaway on my page!!!  Hopefully in the next few weeks we will get our barrings and we will figure this all out!!!  Not sure that I am much of a blogger...cause I don't know what bloggers are...but I can talk alot so...maybe that will help. 

So I just wanted to let you know who the face behind Allie Kay Designs really is....I am married to my best friend John for 11 years now!  We have four little boys 9, 8, 6, and our little guy will be 4 this Monday!  We are also in the process of adopting a little girl!  I am totally excited and whom I can't stop shopping for.  We don't know who she is yet...but we are waiting...NOT an easy feat for me that is for sure!!  I have learned how completely UN patient I truly am....it's been like the night before Christmas for like four months....I DON"T LIKE WAITING...but I am.  So I have remainded very busy with my yarn and making hats for all my fabulous fans!!  I do appreciate all of you very much.  Thank you for supporting us and keeping me from going entirly insane while I wait!  Just a side note...when we do finally get that long awaited call....I will be closing the shop for a bit of time while we spend time with out family and bond with our new daughter....but I will let you all know when that happens....I am sure that you all (even the ones that live in France) will hear me scream in delite...so , yup you will know!  Thanks again and God bless you and your families!
